December 2007 Episodes:

- I’ve written this before, but I think this is one of Peter’s best songs. It is about looking back while being fully tuned in and plugged into the now. It’s hard enough to be present in one place, let alone being in two places at the same time. Like many of you, I’ve been juggling some emotional time zones lately.

- Barren Earth Shall Bloom Again-Christmas Day 12252007

- In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was in the beginning with God. 3All things came into being through him, and without him not one thing came into being. What has come into being 4in him was life, and the life was the light of all people. 5The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it.

- SING JOY 12222007 Saturday, December 22

- "Come gather together you children who wander
Looking for dreams the whole world has squandered
You've lost them you've sold them for pockets of gold
and you long to come in from the cold...Oh Sing
Joy joy joy in the morning
Joy joy in the afternoon
Joy joy joy for the child is born
This night the promise is given to you"

- The Song Remains 12192007 Wednesday December 19

- Hearing Peter sing RING OUT THE BELLS just made my day. He invites all of us, regardless of our age to gather around. And then that next line is just fabulous
“All the hopes and fears will greet the new year
Still the song remains.”

- Harmony Re-Visited 12182007 Tuesday December 18

- Today’s topic is “Harmony Re-Visited.” The two lines from Peter’s song are an observation that is very true. Distance is distance. It really doesn’t matter who needs to take or make the first step. Separation can be of the physical kind as well as of the emotional kind. Distance is distance.

- Gather Round 12042007 Tuesday
- Listen:

- Peter invites us to "gather round the joyful sound." Have you ever noticed when people grab hands and gather together, that it isn't in a square or rectangle? of course, that would be hard to make a rhyme. Listen on.
